Apex Alchemist (“Apex Alchemist,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a freelance digital marketing service for local contractors and home-service businesses, including roofers, plumbers, HVAC, solar, detailers, and locksmiths. Our services include missed-call text-back and lead recovery. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, and protect personal information when you contact us or communicate with us.
We may collect your name, phone number, email address, and information contained in calls, voicemails, text messages, and other communications with us. Call and message data may include the date, time, content, and status of communications. We collect information you provide when you contact us, including when you call about an estimate, an existing project, or another inquiry.
We use information to respond to inquiries, return missed calls, provide customer care and lead follow-up, discuss estimates or existing projects, manage our communications, maintain business records, protect against misuse, and meet legal obligations. Our texting program is for customer-care and lead-follow-up messages related to your inquiry—not unrelated promotional campaigns.
We do not sell personal information. We may make limited information available to service providers who help us operate communications or support our services, only as needed for those purposes and subject to appropriate safeguards. They may not use it for their own marketing.
If you call us and your call is missed, we may send a one-to-one text reply about your inquiry. Further messages are sent only while you reply or engage with the conversation. Mobile information, text-message opt-in data, and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. This restriction does not prohibit disclosures to service providers strictly as needed to deliver our communications on our behalf, or disclosures required by law; those providers are not authorized to use the information for their own marketing or promotion.
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, provide and manage our services, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We then delete or de-identify it when reasonably practicable, unless retention is required or permitted by law. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs. You may also stop text messages at any time by replying STOP; for assistance, reply HELP or contact us using the information below. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.
