These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of Apex Alchemist’s website and communications with us. By using the website or contacting us, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or texting program.
Apex Alchemist provides freelance digital marketing services for local contractors and home-service businesses, including missed-call text-back and lead recovery. Website information is provided for general informational purposes; project scope, availability, and any fees will be discussed separately.
The Apex Alchemist Customer Care & Lead Follow-Up program lets us respond to inquiries by text. Consent is initiated when you call Apex Alchemist; if we miss your call, we may send a one-to-one text reply about your inquiry. Further messages are sent only while you reply or engage with the conversation. Messages may address scheduling an estimate, a quick question about an existing project, or other customer-care and lead-follow-up matters related to your inquiry.
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and your replies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected] or 724-877-5061. After you opt out, we will stop texting you through this program, except for any message needed to confirm your opt-out or as otherwise permitted by law. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
